Semi-automated manufacturing capabilities

Process capabilities
Assembling process
Relying on high-precision manipulators and CCD positioning equipment, the assembly operation is carried out to achieve a unified high-quality level of operation, and the assembly process parameters and material status are recorded through the MES system to complete the quality requirements such as traceability and anti-outflow.
Dispensing process
It has three-axis motion automatic dispensing equipment, which can complete the operation of special glues with different temperature, light sensitivity and other requirements, control parameters to accurately dispense products, and control and record dispensing parameters in real time through the MES system.
Riveting process
It has automatic riveting capabilities, including pressure riveting, rotary riveting and other processes, accurately controlling the design stroke and force intensity in the production process, achieving real-time feedback, and real-time control and real-time recording of process parameters through the MES system.
Welding process
It has a variety of mature welding processes, including selective wave soldering, resistance soldering, laser soldering, laser welding, ultrasonic welding, argon arc welding and automatic soldering, realizing automatic/semi-automatic operations, ensuring the consistency of welding quality, and real-time control and real-time recording of process parameters through the MES system.
Inspection & Inspection Process
It has a variety of testing processes to meet customers' requirements for product quality. Including AOI testing such as process assembly/welding/dispensing; Semi-finished product/finished helium mass spectrometry testing, air tightness testing and electrical performance testing; Automatic/semi-automatic equipment realizes performance calibration & testing of full mass production of products, and records process control and test data through MES system.
